Adhesion: Fortunately, most contacts allow good gas exchange, but can get stuck to cornea (=not good), or infected (=not good). If prone to forgetting, narcolepsy, or just falling asleep w/them in--talk to your eye dr about extended wear types and safety issues w/leaving lenses in if not intended for prolonged wear.
