Not that I know of: there are many withdrawal symptoms/signs with smoking cessation, but I am not aware that frequent urination is one of them. If it persists, I would see your health care provider who might consider a urinalysis, in addition to a more complete history and examination. It can be a symptom of urinary tract or sexually transmitted illnesses, diabetes and many other conditions&taking in too much water.

Monsoons: I very much doubt that monsoons or torrential rains are causing these symptoms. However smoking cessation may contributing to at least some of them.
