More Information: It is not possible to know what is going on without a more thorough discussion about what you are describing as well as some photographs of the rash. It could be many things, but if all family members have it, you are likely dealing with some sort of infection, exposure, insect bite or contact dermatitis (allergic type or irritant type). See a doctor. Otherwise, we are just guessing.
