Which is better for joint pain: ginger, curcumin or none of them?

Ginger, or none: Honestly, there is some evidence to support the use of ginger, although I have not had any success with patients taking this supplement for joint pain. The one supplement that does have strong evidence supporting its use is glucosamine and chondroitin. Those have helped my patients.
