Pinworms : You may very well have pinworms. Since you are recently post op definitely see your obgyn tomorrow! Over the countrr antihistamines may provide some help tonight for symptom relief!

Maybe/not: Not all that causes anal itching is pinworms.Bacterial & yeast infection, food allergies, hemorrhoids, etc can all do this. I doubt you can really feel pinworms move, since they usually only do so in your sleep when your body isn't moving.
