Unlikely: If you did the test correctly and it was negative at 7 days after a missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You may wish to repeat the test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor.
