Im pregnant with negative o blood what should i do?

See your doc.: Then follow their advice. Millions of rh negative women become pregnant every year. Screening for problems related to this is standard practice at the first prenatal visit and again at the 28th week. Generally at week 28 you will receive anti d immunoglobulin which will potentially protect you from developing antibodies to the babies blood.
