Chills and anxiety: They can be, and if anxiety related would likely go away without medical intervention. If you have persistent episodes of chills please see your primary doctor for checkup. For anxiety treatment I recommend a Psychologist expert in treating anxiety disorders. EMDR Therapy can be extremely effective and produce faster results than Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alone.
