Likely Normal...But: This is a normal event if you bite and lining of your lip or cheek, but it is not enough to break the surface. It is a small accumulation of fluid (like a friction blister on your hand). The blister should break, painlessly, and then heal without pain or problems. If the blister becomes painful or does not resolve quickly, then you might need to see your dentist, one who deals with oral issues.
