I feel like gas is trapped between my spine. as in, i feel the movement of gas when i get up from sitting position(office chair) etc.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that you truly have gas in your spine. Possible to have infection that causes gas or fluid, and you may have abnormal fluid accumulation. Seems like something that you should have a medical professional look at.
