DIM Diindolyl-methan: DIM (Diindolyl-methane) is an estrogen modulator. It is typically used to treat acne, aid weight loss, and reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It can cause hormonal fluctuations and interfere with your menstrual cycle. Irregular bleeding is a common side effect. It should resolve after 1-2 months of taking it. Talk to your Dr if the bleeding persists.
