Probably normal.: If there are no other symptoms and this has been longstanding it is probably normal. No one is ever perfectly symmetric.

Probably Normal.: Some asymmetry is quite normal. If aesthetically or functionally "symptomatic", labia minora reduction surgery may be the answer.

Hi! So for a while now Ive noticed that I do not have labia minora. I can see where it would start and end, but they just arent there. Other than that everything is completely normal, just looks like a normal vagina aside from the labia.
I have one small, hard, round, whitish, painful spot on the left, outside of my labia minora toward the base of my vagina. I've never had this before.
