Can add color: Permanent makeup (tattoo) can add color to a pale scar, but keep in mind that it won't change color with sun exposure and may not always look natural. You can also do laser treatments for scars (fractional or laser genesis). Fat transfer into scars can help to remodel the scar, softening it and improving the appearance. Steroid injections may also help. Good luck!
