Doubtful: If she missed her period during that six days and performed a pregnancy test, maybe, but doubtful. Did you use any form of contraception? If not, this sounds like a "truth and consequences" episode in which your girlfriend is being less than "truthful" Let this be a future lesson for you regarding "trust".

Don't Get Hoodwinked: You can know in 2 minutes with a urine pregnancy test. And if that one is negative,check it again in a week. I'd also check into when her last period was(I'm not sure how you could make sure it was accurate but ask about regularity and when the last two periods were).Yes, you two might have managed to fertilize an egg but it's highly doubtful that a urine pregnancy test would be positive right now
