Probably not: Given how much damage is done to the lining of the uterus during an abortion, it is unlikely. However, she is more likely to develop an infection of the uterus if she is having sex while her cervix is dilated due to the procedure. She should have had pelvic rest (aka: no sex) for 6 weeks, and she needs to take prenatal vitamins for at least 3 months after a miscarriage, abortion, or delivery.
