It can be.: 23 day cycle is a little short but it can still be ovulatory. If it persisits, you should see a doctor since maybe you are not ovulating regularly. If you are, then if your cycles are shorter, you should know that means you are actually ovulating earlier in your cycle. If you have further questions, I am happy to help you at my virtual practice.
