OK yet for WhatGoal?: Garlic, like many OTC agents, has been promoted/sold with many claims. Bigger issue: What are your goals & what clear difference do the garlic caplets, whatever combination of millions of different molecules in them, actually make? Best have a way to explicitly monitor & track. Cephalexin is a single molecule, analogue of penicillin, developed as a poison (antibiotic) for certain microorganisms.

Sure, no problem: Garlic extracts, or garlic itself, does not interfere with any antibiotics, including cephalexin.
