What cause a person to have numbness from the knee down?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

AndFromTheKneesUp??: Stand in an icy river up to your knees for 20 minutes. Cross your legs for too long.Wear super tight high socks or nylons.Wear super tight underwear.Crouch down for too long in the garden.Sit on the toilet too long.Get pinned between two boxcars...if nothing like these, then maybe it's a bona fide non-mechanical nerve problem (kinda doubtful at your age, with just a few exceptions)if so, see a doc
