I keep getting heaches sometimes with nausea &dizziness & then sometimes with blurred vision.what could it be?have had some sinus pressure, is it that

Please go to ER asap: You have headache with nausea and dizziness plus blurred vision sometimes. This is not good b/c many possible scenarios, brain tumor, mass, encephalopathy, possible expanding sinusitis, intracranial bleed etc... Please go to Emergency Room asap to be examined and have blood tests and imaging (CAT, MRI ) to make sure you do not have the above conditions. Good luck and take care.
