I have a painless orange spot about 4 inches in diameter on my chest and i can't figure out what it is?

May need a medical c: You may need a medical check up especially if this lesion/spot is growing in size(diameter) or if it has any thickness (raised above skin level) to it. I doubt if it is anything serious, yet anything that is growing in size needs to be removed and examined microscopically.
