No: The bright red blood may be due to trauma to the bladder or urethra. if this lasts more than two days, you should see your doctor. It would be prudent to notify your doctor of the bleeding now so that s/he may be prepared to schedule a visit for you, if needed.

Gross hematuria with blood clots happened after sex. Urologists did a cystoscopy and it was all clear. Urinalysis was normal as well, no TB either. CT pelvic and abdominal cavity no findings. I'm on lexipro and take cialis, could that combo be it?
