Ethmoid sinusitis: It is an infection that has developed in the ethmoid sinuses, which are located near the bridge of your nose. An infection in the ethmoid sinus also effects the frontal sinus because fluid can not drain thru the ethmoid sinus . This is the reason you get headache. You need a ct scan of the sinuses for diagnosis. Treatment includes pain relievers, decongestants , antibioics, etc. See an ENT doctor.

Hard to say: Not enough information to make a specific suggestion and there are many conditions that could give these symptoms. But, in general pain in the area you describe can be coming from your sinuses, among other causes. Do you have any nasal congestion, recent colds, fever? Are the pains in your head lasting more than a few seconds? etc. etc. A consultation with a Health Tap physician would be helpful.
