Does folliculitis start to peel after about a week? and would a pediatrician be able to diagnose it without a test besides vision?

Folloculitis: Often times skin rashes or topical skin infections, if not properly treated can itch, peel or even burn or become painful. Usually simple enough to treat unless have progressed to a certain extent or more serious infection. It would be best to be seen and treated properly to avoid more serious complicstions.
