Why does my body feel anxiety out of no where ? i'll just be laying down and i'll start sweating and my face will turn red and i just feel anxious

Need more info...: Anxiety develops through a combination of physiological changes, cognition (what one is thinking/how you interpret physical symptoms), and environmental ques that may trigger thoughts/physical changes. For some relaxation/quiet can trigger anxiety. As a place to start it may be helpful to keep a journal of thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms to better understand a pattern. Hope this helps.
