Finger signs: Dark color under fingernails may be acrocyanosis due to either peripheral constriction of blood vessels or lack of normal oxygenation due to cardiac or pulmonary problems(central cyanosis). If you don't have associated symptoms of shortness of breath or feeling of coldness in your fingers,you may not have a serious problem. Consult your physician if you still have concerns about your finger tips.
