Nosebleed : Nosebleeds are common and just mean a small blood vessel has broken inside the nose, this time just because sneezing is mechanically sort of violent for nasal tissues. If you bleed a LOT and it doesn't stop in a few minutes, it could be a larger blood vessel, or maybe due to taking aspirin or Advil.
