Unlikely : if your periods are regular in frequency, you would not have been in your fertile period. That being said, condoms have a 15% failure rate for preventing pregnancy. You should consider a more effective contraceptive. Condoms do decrease the transmission rates for certain STDs. Hope this helps.

Hard to say: The wording in your question is difficult to follow. You say the condom was off and it is not clear whether you mean it was off during intercourse. If so, there is a low but real risk. Condoms should be applied before any contact and intercourse should stop if the male begins to soften and the condom slips.Shopping for a better fit would be advised.
