Possibly.: While implantation bleeding is less common than most people think, it certainly can occur, usually a few days before a missed period. You might just have a late period. But, since you're trying to conceive, you'd be wise to do a home pregnancy test; it's an easy and accurate way to find out if you're pregnant. Best wishes!
