Vasovagal reaction.: Severe pain (or fear) can trigger a vasovagal reaction (a sudden drop in both heart rate & blood pressure.) It can cause fainting, lightheadedness and temporary loss of vision (the "seeing stars" phenomenon.) This "huge poop" of yours may have put pressure on one of 2 glands that make up semen and squeezed some of their contents out into your urethra. Unless it recurs a lot, no worries!
