Seek MD: not fully understand ur ? but 6wk abd pain should seek MD, and urgent if with blood anywhere, or fever/chills, nausea/vomit, or worsening. Need to rule out possibly emergent issues such as indolent appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disorders, or ovarian/gyn issues including pregnancy and recurrent urinary infection.
