Unlikely, but agree, need more information, was the "period" normal or spotting? Was it heavier than normal? have you had diff getting pregnant? How long trying? Other med problems? Question of pregnancy can not be answered without more information and depending on answers may need additional eval. Should probably see your ObGyn for an evaluation.
