hi, 27/f on micronor (norethindrone). period start jl 8, missed 3 pills, believe i ovulated the 13/14th. now i have very sharp lower abdominal pains/mild cramping?

If you missed the...: ...FIRST 3 pills, you might have ovulated this cycle. If you've had sex this cycle, you might have conceived. Regardless, since you're having significant abdominal pain & cramping a week before your expected period, you need to get medical care. Best wishes!
