What would cause pink tinged toilet paper after menopause?

It could be due to : Spotting from vaginal dryness ,however if this never happened. And suddenly seems to be a pattern , I would get an exam to make sure it's not uterine bleeding.Uterine bleeding could be a sign of a more serious problem ; such as uterine cancer.

Pink toilet paper: can be either uterine source -fibroid,polyp , hyperplasia, tumor or colon polyp or mass You need to f/u with doc for endometrial biopsy/ D&C and or colonoscopy it is always very subtle at the beginning of bleeds but it is when they are best treated.
