I have a little shortness of breath with some chest pain that feels in the lung. i was checked at the er for anything heart related. there were no issues. i've had these symptoms since late friday night. what could it be?

Recheck: If you continue to have the same symptoms be rechecked. If you think it is in your lung, maybe other things such as pneumonia or a pulmonary embolus should be ruled out. All the best.

Chest pain SOB: On birth control pills and /or a smoker? rarely may be clot in lungs, more likely reflux (try ranitidine 150 a day and prevecid 30 a day elevate head of bed), asthma -need inhaler check peak flow , bronchitis, costochondritis-pain w/ pressing chesttake motrin Most concerning is clot in lung check go to urgent care/ ER today and get d-dimer blood test if negative no clot,
