Skin bumps : It is very difficult to diagnose a skin condition without seeing it, since it is painful & spreading, you need to see your 1ry care physician or dermatologist. Feel better.

Folliculitis: Folliculitis is a bacterial infection of hair follicles. Short course of antibiotics should help.
