Pelvic pain: You may be describing a urinary tract infection, either simple bladder or complicated kidney (especially if you have back pain). UTIs are characterized by painful frequent urination w/urgency. If you engage in unprotected sex, you may also be describing a sexually transmitted infection. See your GYN, Family Doc or Planned Parenthood for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment.
