Fracture?: The tooth may have a fracture that is very difficult to diagnose in some cases. If the tooth is fractured, extraction with an implant is a possibility. A three unit bridge or a partial denture are also possibilities. Best to discuss these options with your dentist.

Sensation: It could be a range of things. If the rct was not done correctly (hopefully it was an endodontist especially on a molar) it could still feel off. If there was a fracture of the root you can get sensation or infection. Also there are cases where even though the nerve is gone, the reminants of the nerve that returns to ur CNS still senses ( phantom pain). See an endodontist for eval.

Neuralgia: Tingling or pinching sensations are not typical root canal symptoms. That being said, have an endodontist eval the tooth. If everything checks out w the root canal, then my guess you have a neuralgia from the trauma. It may just need time . Thes can take years to resolve. You may wish to consult a neurologist.

Maybe normal: Root canal treatment can produce altered sensations. Go to a dentist and have the tooth x-rayed to make sure there is not infection present. Root canal teeth can easily fracture or crack. There may be nothing wrong, however, it is possible to experience your symptoms after treatment.
