Breast Infection: Best not to take any chances with this. You should go get this evaluated today. This could be a pimple or it could be an abscess, impossible for me to tell without an exam. Redness, increased warmth, pain, tenderness are all bad signs. Breast feeding or not are all important things to know. Please go get examined and treated today!
