Thyroid US: Your symptoms suggested a possible mass or abnormality in the thyroid. Since there was varied texture to the gland, and not a single or dominant nodule, it means the risk of cancer is very low. You could still have thyroiditis or other disorder of the thyroid leading to your symptoms, or they could stem from other factors. Follow up with your doc.

Possible adenomyosis: Not sure what the marble in the throat means. Probably unrelated. The description of the ultrasounds sounds like a condition called adenomyosis, which is a fancy way of saying some of the lining of the uterus (endometrium) is abnormally located in the uterine muscle. It is often associated with uterine enlargement. The is can be painful. An MRI can clearly diagnose it.
