What is your issue?: Yes, high levels of stress and anxiety can cause muscle tension, spasms, and twitches. It can also inhibit normal sexual arousal and function. Not sure of your issue with cremaster muscle. Have you lost cremaster reflex? Have you experienced impaired ejaculation or sexual arousal? Are you working in very cold environments? Ask your doctor your specific question, or post more details here.
