Unusual: While it is possible to experience pregnancy symptoms before missing a period, it would be highly unlikely to do so only 2 days after conception. Depending on what symptom you are experiencing it is probably something else. Hope this helps.

Something else: Any symptoms related to early pregnancy would occur after the new conceptus (egg+sperm) has finished its journey from the tube to the womb and implanted. It must then create the tissue mass that begins to create the early hormones of pregnancy. It takes some time. I wouldn't expect if until at least 7 days after a conception if then.
