Need an exam: If you have a painful swollen area and it is causing urinary incontinence, you need an exam to say what this is and correct it. It truly sounds awful and you need to be seen by your PCP, a Gynecologist or an Urgent Care Clinic ASAP. Hope this helps and you get better fast.
