Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone): I assume your pregnancy scares are because you are not having periods. It is very common for women on Depo shots to not have periods. Depo is a very reliable form of birth control. In fact it usually takes over a year after the shots have stopped for woman to become fertile again. So if you are getting your shots every 3 months you should be fine.
