During indoor cycling tonight i started having brief sharp chest pain it would come and go, my hr was around 175-187 for most of the class a little higher then normal for me. took 30mg of meloxicam today. should i be worried?

See details: That dose of meloxican is double the maximum daily dose. That heart rate is not an issue if it produced no symptoms and occurred during extreme exertion.

Depends: i would only worry if you became lightheaded or. Developed severe shortness of breath. Melodic is not the best medication for these symptoms

YES-exam: Any atypical chest pain related to exertion, especially in a young female, deserves further evaluation. I strongly advise ET or UC evaluation today.
