You can: Pectus excavatum is more of a cosmetic issue, they do surgeries with placing a bar to move the chest out. Pretty common procedure now

I wouldn't: Your defect is shallow compared to many, The corrective procedure is done in stages & involves inserting a curved metal bar across your chest from under the ribs & leaving it for an extended period (like a year) before going back in to remove it. I think it is unlikely they would approve the procedure in your NHS, but wouldn't want it if it was. (personal opinion)
