I have a right side hip pain. it is like a pressure on my hip.sometimes it goes along the leg. my esr indicates 59%. what can be the reason?

Non specific: Esr is a non specific test. One can only be sure that there is inflammation in the body. This can come even from the common cold. Pain in the hip area can be many different things. Suggest evaluation by an orthopaedic dr. If not improving.

See orthopedist: It needs to be evaluated. See an orthopedist. If it is truly the hip then x rays and MRI may be needed to define the cause.
