Phimosis: Being an older teen is hard enough without a tight foreskin, which isn't rare & which is easily handled by simple surgery, often well short of removal / circumcision -- dorsal slit or plasty may cure you. If your family has some superstition that this is "unspiritual", you have my sympathy but the truth is that i don't think it's anybody's business but yours. Best wishes.

Phimosis: A tight foreskin or phimosis is actually very common. If you cannot retract your foreskin over the glans (head) of your penis this is abnormal and you need to see your doctor. If this is the case a simple circumcision should correct the problem, also sometimes a steroid cream can be used to soften the skin and allow you to retract your foreskin. But see your doctor.
