Urgent: New onset of that type of chest pain can be potentially be very serious. You should seek evaluation immediately. Hopefully this is related to stomach upset or radiated pain from your back. The concern is the possibility of coronary artery disease and an acute coronary syndrome (early heart attack) - please get evaluated quickly.
