See your doctor: Sometimes the birth control that you end up on can be too potent and you thin the lining of your uterus so much that it becomes raw, and therefore is more likely to bleed. You might try medications like tranexamic acid or regular birth control pills with estrogen to decrease the amount of bleeding you're having. You can also wait for it to wear off.
