Yes: use organic apple cider vinegar 1part to 25 parts of water. There are 2 common causes for vaginal infection-yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Vinegar will help Bactrial infection. If it does not clear in a few days try vaginal antifungal cream like monistat or clotrimazol and if not better within a few days see PCP or gynecologist
